aye best of luck with that hope it works out ok for you.:sweeet:

out of curiosity what age is your Royal and was it eating before you got it ? is it eating "live" or pre killed or F/T ?

if its only been 2 weeks since it ate last then I wouldn't worry just yet.

Well All they were able to tell me at the pet store is that is was a "baby" ball and that before I got it they had tried to feed it but it was not eating so I really dont know the last time it was able to eat. Im gonna give him tonight a frozen fuzzy

Ok well I have good news and bad news let me start with the bad news. I gave him a fuzzy he didnt eat I left it in there half the day and nothing. Good news well I dont know if its good or not but Im hoping yall can tell me. I noticed that he is starting a shed his eyes have truned blue since maybe yesterday. Im thinking that the reason he didnt want to eat had something to do with his shedding? Do they still eat if they just started to shed?

More then likely that is the reason. I know my ball will not eat 2 1/2 weeks before a shed. But the day after a shed, he's all over his food and fast! I wouldn't worry to much about him not eating right now. Sounds normal.

yes I agree , try feeding the day after the shed as it will most likely take it then.
