How long can you have a snake out of it's enclosure before it becomes cold,and what would happen if it became too cold?

There are a lot of variables to that question... like how cold or warm is the room. How long will it be out for. In most cases, nothing will happen except maybe some stress!

Well unfortunately, like any reptile if it got to cold or hot it would die.
