    Stove pellets (wood pellets)
    I've been wondering if it is safe to use stove/wood pellets as a substrate for my snakes.... anyone else ever use them?

    I wouldn't think they would be safe to use. They make wood pellets from the sawdust left over from the milling process. Most milled wood is pine, and we all know that pine oils are toxic to most snakes. I wouldn't use it...
