    My Babies are Growing Up!
I'm sad! My wee little babies are growing up! I just had Mackenzie out, and decided to check her weight, she was 102 grams in June and today is 190 grams. Of course I'm thrilled that they are thriving and growing - but in some small way I'm sad that they aren't my wee little babies any more! How sad am I? LOL

Its nice to see them growing though. It is funny with the little ones, because they seem to grow in spurts. One day you notice how much bigger they look than the day before.

I'm really noticing that with Rionach lately. She's just hit 800 grams and I keep picking her up thinking..."whoaaaa where did all this long snake come from?". She'll be an interesting female I think as she's quite long and lean compared to Malachi at 980 grams whose chunky and stubby built. I think she's going to be a big long girl one day when she matures.

Common comment heard in our house: "I think Cleo's head is bigger"

It's like trying to guess how big the dog will be by looking at the puppy paws. =)
