I didn't know if anyone had mentioned them or not. I ordered some items from them last week, and they sent me an email telling me that since the reg basic mail carrier they use had already came before my order was ready they will ship it the 2-3 days way. I'm sorry I don't know all the terms :oops: But they were friendly, the package got here on time, order was processed in three days (due to it being ordered on a sunday), and they even included a sample of reptile dust (which I kinda don't need but it was nice).

Their prices are also some of the cheapest I've seen. But Yeah I would reccomend them to you, if you haven't already checked them out.

Well i just received my first order from Reptilesupply.com and i am very pleased.They packed everything well and i received my order in a timely fashion.I am sure i will purchase from them again in the future.:sweeet:

I've ordered quite a few times from them, and had only one experience with a broken MVB - I contacted them and they filed a claim with Fed-Ex, and credited back my CC within 5 days to include the shipping charge.


I've since ordered from them with no problems, and will continue to do so in the future...

Ordered a thermostat, two hides, a Cobra mat and a thermometer. Arrived within five days after ordering, but one of the hides was broken. Yesterday (two days after I notified them of the problem), they sent me an email saying a replacement was on its way. I'd say they're pretty good. (If it doesn't arrive, though, I'll update).

They used different shipping on one of my orders too, it cost them more and they didn't charge me for it

And don't forget, They WILL match any competitor's price

Yea thats how i found out about them.:)

Just wanted to add to my post above, that I don't think the bulb was shipped broke, however the box looked like fed-ex dropped it off the truck and ran it over a few times - imagine that :O
