Tubs and hides, question

I've been looking through some of your plastic tub and racks pictures. My 4.5 ft adult male python is arriving tomorrow, I was wondering if my 106qt tub would work. Its more height but it measures around 33 by 19 by 12, I think. Also I noticed, maybe its just me, but in some of the tubs I see only have one hide. Do you need two when using a tub or can one just be used?

I did use two hides while I used tanks. Now I have a rack and it is enclosed on three sides and is pretty dark, and now only use one hide. Although, I do offer two hides since I moved my babies up to a larger tub, but only with my more shy bps. They all use their hides regularly, so I will continue to offer them. :)

If I was setting up a tub like yours, I would most likely use two hides myself. That's just me though... :D

I offer atleast two hides, one on each side of the tub ... with the water bowl in the middle of the tub.
Sometimes I offer up to five hides, I have way to many hides *shakes head*

The ones I have in my rack have one hide. The ones that are in tubs but not in racks have 2 hides to choose from. My tubs measure 34"Lx16"Wx6"H so your tub sounds it will be just fine for your big guy.
