    Skin problem -- help
help!!! I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. my snake seems to have thin skin. I mean, his skin peels or is scratched off very easily to expose the white underneath. Is my humidity too high? does he need to go to the vet? the scratches are not bleeding and he eats fine. He doesnt shed good though.

any help would be awesome :(http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a1...3/100_0988.jpg

it sounds like he's actual scales is being rubbed off to expose the white skin? or is it just unshed skin that your rubbing off? if his actual scales are being rubbed off to expose the skin a vet trip is definitely in order.

Maybe posting a picture might help to see what is going on.

There are some others here that may have seen something like that, so they would probably have better advice, but if it was me, I'd be on the way to the Vet ASAP.
