    First Shed...
Hello all ;) Well... thursday has come and gone, and my new BP ate his third meal without a problem. Missed a couple times.. but got him eventually. Anyways.. after he ate, I noticed his eyes were fairly foggy. Figured he would start his first shed (with me) within a week or so. Turns out he started it tonight. My finace` said that his shed looked weird compared to her other snakes she's had in the past. His shed starts on his head, but its peeling off and hangin from him. Its not folding back and rolling off like I've heard on here about other snake sheds. Im thinkin maybe the humidity is too low, so i've been spraying him with a mist bottle, and gave him a larger water dish so that maybe he could soak in it. I just read about someone putting thier snake in a bathtub of warm water for a period of time. Any advice, or should I just wait it out and see how the rest of the shed goes? Thanks :P

dont soak him yet, just make sure his humidity is around 70%. after he's tried to shed but hasnt done it successfully you can soak him in a atub of warm water, you can even throw in a washcloth so he has something to rub up against. the bath tub would be too big and he woul stress very easily.
