Countdown to Daytona!

Well, since the Tinley Park Countdown is 60 some days away - how about Daytona????

I am super excited about this! Just three weeks and one day and Karl and I will be there (not that I'm counting or anything).

We're arriving some time on Thursday, not sure if it will be morning or late evening - all depends on if his direct deposit application processes before then (he gets paid on Thursday, so if direct deposited we'll leave early, if he has to pick up the physical check - it will be later).

In any case - I know it's been done before - but how many people are now definitely going? I can't wait to meet folks and put a face with the name!

You people and your daytona! UGH! I'm so jealous, mainly because CACC(community college) and work get in the way, and I'm sure Auburn will also.. so... I'm looking at atleast a six year wait. GOOD GOD.
Anyways, I'm really excited for you! I hope you have a lot of fun, and I want pictures by golly. If no one brings back a sufficient supply of pictures, I will troll- and here's a taste "No U Suk."

20+ days or so now is it?

Robin me and my family will defintely be there. I can't wait , I wish it was tommorow. Also meeting everybody is gonna be very cool.

Ohh...thanks for posting this! I've been trying to find out when it is, but haven't been able to find it till now. *grin* Hopefully I can convince my mom to let me go. But it's a pretty long drive since I'm up by Jacksonville, so no guarantees. I'll definitely try to put in an appearance--and as shhhli says, bring pictures! If I can go, I will, but..yeah.

We're going!!!! :carrot: I have been sulking for months now because my wife and I just couldn't afford the trip this year, but we just found cheap airfare!!!! I couldn't be more excited, and what better year to go than this year with the BP symposium!!!! I just have to remember to bring my drool towel.......

I won't be making it to Daytona this year ;) We were planning on swinging by on the way to Disney World or something like that but....

August 18th is the closing date for the house that my wife and I are buying.....so I figure after going through all that business, we will not be able to make it.

I'll be there! I'm so excited I just about can't stand it! I can't WAIT for the BP lectures! And it's even worse waiting to meet so many new friends and "super stars" in the biz!! And of course, seeing all the fabulous animals is just icing on an already super-sweet cake!!

Yeah ... the BP lectures should be .... :rofl:
