    i would use melemine and seal the corners to make it completely water proof.

    Yep, melamin works great. Seal the seams with some good cauking(sp?) and you're good

    you can also use a galvanized trough tank too.

    Oh ya, the ones you get at a feed store. I got my 4' by 2' for 50$ I think. Something like that. I was intending on taking it back when my sav outgrew it but I lost the reciept. lol
