I think my snake is confused

I got another bp yesterday hes about 3 years now and instead of using his hide boxes he just sits behind them and pokes his head around the side. do u think he might not like the hides i gave him there overturned flower pots with holes cut in one side.

Just give him time. It took my girl a few days of curling up in the corner before she started using her hides. Now I rarely see her out of them.

I just put my ball in a totally refurbished habitat, now I hardly se him outside his warm hide.

I agree just give him time, Ive got a couple that will wedge themselves between the hide and shelf on the rack. Makes it kinda hard to open the tub then ;)
