    I just came across this article

    I gather that it is illegal to have ball pythons in Utah?

    I want to move to Chicago and I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a law like this in place for Illinois and if so if there is some licensing? I don't want to move without my babies...

    They are in Hawaii, not Utah. It is illegal to have non-native species in Hawaii.

    I thought the artical said that it took place in Salt lake and that they would be sendin it to Hawaii

    The article is talking about Salt Lake, Hawaii, not Salt Lake City.

    I lived in Hawaii for many years.. it is indeed illegal to have non native species there.

    The only thing Chicago is doing is putting bans on large snakes.Or at least they are trying to.
