Needing info on Freckled Python

Hello, my husband found a freckled python at our local reptile shop for $100 and was concidering on buying it. I was wondering if anyone knew any good caresheets or information sites that can be of use. I have a Ball and needed to know about how it would react to her (lets say if it ever managed to get out), how big the freckled would get, how big of a cage would be needed, how big it would be when its an adult, etc. I was wanting information also on any safety precautions since I have a nine month old also. So any help would be appreciate. Thank you in advance.

Never heard of freckles pythons, isn't that another name for mackies?

I believe so but I don't know anything about them. I can't find anything on this snake if I look up their, I guess, real name.
