    URGENT: Snake Drooling?!
Ok, so my big girl Pandora (over 1000G as that's what my scale maxes out at) had a string of drool come out of her mouth about 5 minutes ago. I have never seen or heard of anything like this before. I know it can't be good. From what my girlfriend and I can tell, her breathing seems ok. I'm having difficulty trying to pry her mouth open to see if I can see anything there. How concerned should I be about this? Should I rush her to the vet? Should I try to examine her mouth and if so how can i safely pry her mouth open? Thanks in advance for your replies.

Could it be some sort of regurge? When did it eat last?

Just this past Saturday: 2 medium sized mice. There's nothing else abnormal, no bulge coming up.

I would think it was some sort of infection then. I would take it to a vet.

Could have been just water drooling out. Was it foamy/mucusy? I would schedule an appointment with the Vet just in case.

It was totally clear and a little bit sticky i guess. Not foamy in the least bit and it was a pretty small amount. It slightly less viscous then when you eat buffalo wings and your nose runs a bit...

It could be a sign of a respiratory infection.. hard to diagnose over the internet really.. I'd take her to the vet just to be on the safe side.
