    Diy ?
I read the DIY portion of the site and wanted to know how many holes should i drill into my rubbermaid tub (31Qt) for proper ventillation. anyone have pics of their cages.

well I can tell you I drilled a total of 15 in my tub for my baby, & its not enough. The humidity is too high (at 70) so I need a few more, I think I will put some more in the lid..

There's no real right answer for that, it all depends on the conditions of your unique setup. I'd start with about 6 on either side, and see how it goes.

Remember, the less holes you punch, the more heat and humidity the tub will retain. I solder holes through on the back 3 sides of the tub, leaving the front of the tub facing out the rack totally clean. Seems to help the cool side maintain a decent temperate and holds humidity while keeping the warm side ventilated enought to prevent a lot of heat buildup.

Start off with a few holes, maybe 10? And then add from there to adjust for humidity, etc.
