Letters hit spot and leaving tomorrow
Well For those who read my day from hell I would like to let you all know that I didnt mail the letters to the ppl, I FAXED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES TO BOARD MEMBERS............. I was called 3 hours after sending them to be offered their Sincere Apologies  :puke: for the whole situation ( I said I wanted it in writing) and that they are refunding all flight costs for her trip including the return trip, And that they are upgrading my flight tomorrow to first class wit hthe kids. (B igger seats, personal tv's kids will love it at no extra cost. And they are rethinking their monir traval policy.

All I know is that this whole situ has really soured my thoughts on air travel.

I leave tomorrow morning and will be in chicago by 5pm. then spend 2 weeks with a dear friend with autistic children to give her a break for herself, then on 20 july I go to cheyenne wyoming via denver international airport...........

and spend until 28 august with my parents who I havent seen in ten years.

so You will see me back after end of august or if I can find an internet cafe then I might visit for a few........lol

Thank you all for the prayers and support.

Well, it sounds to me like you found justice for what happened. I wouldn't have wished that on anyone, and I'm quite sure that no amount of refunds and upgrades could make up for the hell you went through. But...1st class seats for you and the kids on a trans-atlantic flight....SCORE!! I'm VERY glad to hear that you were able to get through to the powers-that-be...and hopefully, at least at Dublin, no parent will ever have to go through that again!
