okay... so if you could write a letter to yourself when you were around 18-25 (ya this is for us older folks LOL) what would you write?

man i could give myself some amazing advice for 5 years ago... LOL so choosing what to share with myself that long ago... well i'd definitely tell myself to travel and wait to have kids! that's for starts...

I'd tell myself to learn to live in and savor the moment...rather than waiting for some particular event or achievement to "make things better." There's always something awesome about the moment we're living in right now...but we won't see it if we're always looking ahead to whatever that next "great thing" is.

I should always look forward to the future and work hard to set and meet goals....but also realize that my happiness isn't there...it's here.

wait until more mature to get married. (i'm happy now, the 1st one was a nightmare). don't spend so much money in bars and clubs! listen to all the things your parents said, they are at least half right. lol

Stay in school while learning is a breeze. The older I get the harder it is to listen to someone else!!;)

For the 18-25 years, I would tell myself to quit expecting my first husband to grow up. A decade later and that still hasn't happened ;)
I wouldn't tell myself to wait for marriage and kids, though. I can't imagine life without my daughter, I would not want to change a thing about that.

Mostly I would want to tell a teenage me to quit being such a brat and to appreciate my dad while I still had him.
