    hey guys I have a big wood tank i wanna use for one of my snakes, the ? is how can i heat it , is it possible to use a U.T.H with out i catching on fire or somthing?

    I would not stick a UTH under a wooden enclosure. I'm pretty sure that any UTH that you may buy will come with a warning not to stick it under wood or plastic. Sorry I was not able to be of much help. Maybe someone who already has such a setup might chip in.

    yeah thats what i was thinking i guess i could just use a ceramic heat emitter?

    First you are gonna have to do alot of polyurethaning and curing, like 3 coats. Do have any pics, or any mroe ideas of what you are doing?
