I thought that was from breeding a male and female pastel together?

The female's are more expensive cause they are much more in demand.Cause most people want to breed them to make super pastel's.Oh yeah and those are also my plan's.

To make a 10 clutches of bumblebees:

    (1) Male Pastel x (10) Female spiders

Male pastel, 500-1000 Female spider 2-3k

    Total 21-31k

    or

    (1) Male Spider x (10) Female Pastels

    Male spider - $3k Female Pastels 800-1200

    11-15k cost

As for why they are more expensive, males dont produce eggs, 1 male can go with multiple females but your egg production is limited on females.

So as a collector/breeder, someone might want 1-3 male pastels for breeding, but they need 10-15 female pastels, so the demand for males is lower, cost is lower

I like the fact that male pastels are less (I also liked the fact that female spiders are less:D ).

I went with a male pastel and a female spider. Cheapest route and I can make my own female pastel by breeding the pastel to multiple normals and let him go with the spider to try for bumblebees. Then sell or trade the offspring to get unrelated animals.

What i would do is buy a big, normal breeder girl, and a male pastel, and you still get pastels, and normals, not bad if your a small time person, like me.

Ive noticed that like every big breeder in the business still has normal female girls...
