    LED candling: how?
    I read in cueball's recent post that he had candled via LED and could tell that the future hatchlings were normals; how does one go about doing this? I am dying to see my little eggling.

    With an LED, duh! no honestly i believe the procedure is identical to regular candleing nix the candle (J/K) nix the regular flashlight....u use an LED light.

    you can pic them up at almost any tool store or Walmart maybe...

    The advantage on LED is that it provides concentrated high intensity light without the heat from an incandescent bulb. I use a small(4" long) light with a dime sized head. This allows you to place the head of the light on the curved end of the egg and penetrate with light. I have had a good look at the pattern for a couple of weeks now. I hope this helps :)
