You can go to an image hosting website like imageshack.us which will allow you to get a direct link to the image and you can insert it with [img] [/img] tags. You can also get an account on zoto.com where all your pictures will stay in one account. Be sure to keep the image to 640x480 - imageshack.us allows you to resize your images so that they won't break the tables. Make sure you use the direct image link - right click on the full size image and go to "view image" and put that url between the img tags.

thanks guys I got a few up in my gallery for now. They are a little big it looks like I will resize them and get pics of all of them up shortly.

ok I resized them but now I have the big ones in with the small ones how can I delete the ones I don't want anymore?
