smart mice

do you ever have those mice that just don't want to be eaten??? the ones that just sit in the corner and dont move. what do you do with them??? for my 2 ball pythons they will not eat unless the mouse enters there hide.

Grab the mouse by the tail and hold it in front of the hide. Then the mouse will try to get away and the entrance to that hide will be the closest hiding spot.

I am with GMmuscle your right. That mouse will high tail it into the hide. Just watch how close your hand gets to the hide. That is a feeding mistake waiting to happen. LOL, be careful and it will work fine. I hate those damn Ninja Mice. :mouse2: + :reading: = :ninja: and you end up = :rainon: I hate smart mice, LMAO

i agree!

i dont know but a mouse that just got grabbed by the tail doesnt sound like a mouse you want to be scurrying into your snakes hide because it scared. i know that your snake is a good eater now but if the snake is sleeping in his hide or just doesnt want to eat that day then a stressed out mouse could be the last thing you want your snake to be in a hide with. just my humble oppinion.

plus, if a mouse and snake can fit in the hide, the hides not tight enough;) :)
