As promised (Aruba!) ...

Aruba was a great trip. I've been pretty lucky this year to make it out to Sanibel Island for spring break and now a trip to Aruba to officially kick off the summer. MAYBE I can pull a trip to Daytona as well in August, but we'll see!

Overall it was a really nice island, good people, great restaurants, awesome beaches, crazy expensive weak drinks, and awesome duty-free liquor stores. Not as tropical per se as other places in the Carribean I've been to but nonetheless a great destination.

We went on this pirate ship cruise where they took us to a snorkel spot which was a wreck of a massive German freighter, scuttled in 1942. It was about 300 yards offshore in 68 feet of water. Tens of thousands of beautiful fish and teeming with life, it was the discovery channel in person. Don't touch the reef though- fire coral is not your friend.

Wonderful pics Brad, thanks for sharing (and making us all green with envy LOL). Can't get over the incredible blue of that water!

The water was amazing.....that wreck I was talking about was in 68 feet of water...from the surface, you could see straight to the bottom. Amazing.
