Substrate

What kind of substrate does everyone use? Anyone heard of eco-earth? comes in blocks that you soak and expands. Good bad?

There are quite a few threads on this subject already so your best results for this question can be found by searching around a bit. =)

To sum up, I'd say most folks who post here either use aspen or newspaper/waffle brown paper.
