    so excited!!!
Butterscotch (the fatter of the two babies... you can see on my first post) left me a little gift today. I came home and the first thing i did was check on her... i opened her lid and lifted up her hide and she SHED!!! her FIRST with me... no retained eye caps and no stubborn spots as far as i can tell... she struck at me when i tried to get her out so i left her be... but off course i go to turn on my digital camera and the battery is dead but i am charging it...i was just so excited i had to share the news :D hehe ...i promise pictures will be up as soon as my battery is charged!

haha its like when you send your kids (not that i have any... i have a huge family though) and they come home with their hands behind their back and say "i have a surprise for youuuu!!!" and they had you the little piece of paper with their hand traced on it.

Did you keep the shed? Congrats! Isn't it great to get a nice complete shed (and have someplace online to share the excitement and folks won't think you are totally nuts LOL).

    Butterscotch pre-shed (next to caramel)

here is butterscotch in all her glory!! :D i still have the shed... haha WOOO :P

side question: i noticed some "creased" scales on caramel today while i was giving her last shot... the only way i can describe it is like the lines in our hands... they just looked like folds in her scales... i tried to take a picture but it wouldnt work... the humidity and temps are fine... and she is drinking fine... what causes this?
