I just received an order of heating supplies from Rich as Reptile Basics. Well packed, shipped quickly and exactly what I needed. I highly recommend him for all your heating supplies (and whatever else you might need).

I have to agree, I have gotten some supplies there too, the service is always great and I have never had any issues with any of my orders come up.

Rich rocks! I ordered my sweaterbox rack from him along with my helix tstat, everything was very well packed and in prime shape. He had excellent customer service with all of my questions along the way.

i have gotten heating supplies and other misc herp supplies from rich at shows and been super pleased. he's a great guy, helpful, knowledgeable, professional--all that good stuff. however, the absolute most awesome thing i ever purchased from rich was SNICK! :D i searched high and low for a high contrast male albino that i liked (had to be perfect you know) and finally found one that rich was advertising. i arranged to meet him at a show so i could check out the snake in person--needless to say, snick came home with me and is still one of my favorites. :sunny:

I've ordered 4 racks from them.. all great and arrived in a timely manner. I love Reptile Basics.

I just wanted to say that Reptile Basics is fantastic! I have ordered twice from Rich. This last time, I ordered some flexwatt (w/ connections made free!!), some concentrated cleaner, and a HELIX DBS-1000. Rich was EXTREMELY helpful in answering my questions regarding the Helix, flexwatt, and the cleaner, as well as about breeding. I spoke with him and placed my order on Monday night, and the products were on my doorstep on Thursday of the same week! Shipped from NC to KS!!! Everything was perfectly packed and exacty what I wanted. I will certainly be getting more from him soon!
