I have a few questions about flex watt,wiring methods, different types of thermostats, plugs..connectors etc.

its alot of step by step i need....im slow like that:redface:

First off I wanna know hot to connect flexwatt, what i need, where can i get it and how to attatch it to a thermostat. Also how to attatch a few different strips of flexwatt to a thermostat and which one(thermostat) can hold more then one connection. (not to mention what size flexwatt... 3 inch?) also the term "pre wired"...what does that entail?

I see some people have all theirs connected attatching on the side of the rack leading to their thermostat...how the heck do you do all that?
