really dumbass question

lets say someone puts up "0.1 100% Het Albino" what does the 0.1 mean

some times i will see for example.. 1.0 100% Het Albino.. what does the 1.0 mean

sorry for the lame question but i am trying to learn this stuff and couldnt figure that part out.
I have finally gotten the genetics part down.. i went to the NERD site.. great site to learn from.. made it very clear and simple

male.female.unknown sex

0.1 one female

1.0 one male

0.0.1 one unsexed someone correct me if I'm wrong

your right :) all my snakes have 0.0.1 next to there names on my sig i think cause i have not had them probed :)
