Congrats! I hope your plans work out. I know we have a couple people from that area. Do you know where in Ohio you and your grandparents plan to settle?

Best of luck with vet school.. hey.. you could teach us some things when you start learning! I love learning how their bodies work and how to keep them healthiest.

This is uncalled for. For your information, Basuca is from Peurto Rico and English is not his first language. But even if that were not the case, we don't tolerate this kind of disrespect between our members here.

Hey basuca! Congrats on deciding to come to OSU... it's a great school for what you're planning on studying. And there are so many choices for undergrad study.

Columbus is known as the biggest little town in America... everyone treats you like they already know you. And diversity is a huge thing. I really do love this city.

If you have any questions about Columbus---the best parts of town to live in, apartments, places to eat, whatever---or if you want to know anything about the campus itself, let me know. I've worked for the Honors and Scholars Department in recruitment for four years now and can pretty well navigate the red tape. I can help you get set up with a visit here when you get settled, if you like.

    Good luck with the move!

Great!!! We need more herp vets. Not near enough of them to go around. I wanted to be a vet when I was young. No one I knew had any knowledge of educational grants. :( So with dad being a foundry worker it was out of the question. The very best of luck to you in school!!!:D :sweeet:
