New house for Mr. Fuzzy: How does it look?
Since i have a more permanent residence for the summer, and what not, i am moving him into a much larger container. it measures 36x24x18 w x h x d. I have included photos down below to show size and what the setup will be.
currently the temp is not right, as im just got it setup. it also will be needing substrate, 2 more hides and another waterbowl on the cool side. All hides should be identicle correct?
he is of unknown sex still for sure, but i think he is a male. however his tail is getting much longer.
For substrate i may stray from newspaper/paper now as the tank is harder to fit paper into snugly
however, could the tank be to large? he is about 3.5' long currently.

any suggestions? the cage should have a stand under it, but i couldnt fit that into my car so it gets the small table treatment :D. those vents are covered other than the top ones which i applied super glue to so he can not pop them out. the side ones pop inward which makes them that much more difficult for him.

Looks nice. Just get the 2nd hide and substrate in before you start tweaking the humidity and temps. Then it's aaaaall the same as when you'll have Mr. Fuzzy in it, sans snakey. :)
Where'd you get the tank?
Re: New house for Mr. Fuzzy: How does it look?
it is called a Lizard Lounge by Oceanic.
i just started putting in the substrate and thermostats and a UTH on the cold side. the substrate i am using is called "Jungle Bed" and right now it is keeping that tank extremely humid (>90%) however it probably will dry slightly over time. Putting in the hides right now and making it look pretty so he can mess it right back up :D
