Re: Where and what kind...
They appear to be vision cages...but to find out exactly you would have to contact Pro Exotics to see what they are for sure.
Here's the link for vision cages.

The #332 model cage would be about ideal for ball pythons...however just for a bit more you could pick up one of their 32 qt. racks that has room enough for 10 snakes. :)

Re: Where and what kind...
Yeah, those are Vision cages. I bought a few used from Pro Exotics, for about 50% of new.
My biggest complaint with them is they dont have a flat bottom. They have 2 ridges to keep them stacked together, and it can make them a little tough depending on the substrate you use.
They are not too bad to heat if your ambient room temperature is high, but in a cooler room I had trouble heating the whole stack evenly. I finally wound up building a shelf unit to hold them and the temps are much more consistent top to bottom. Also the heat does not have to run as much to keep up.
For the price I paid for them they work well.

Yep, those are Visions. I've heard good and bad about them. The biggest complaint I've heard is the one aaa mentioned, they don't stack well. One of the pet stores around here uses them, and while they look good in pictures, they don't seem too sturdy in real life. And they are pretty pricey, I'd spend my money on Animal Plastics.
