Am I the only person here that owns a Green Basilisk or basilisk of any kind?
I have searched and searched here for another owner of a GB and can find none. Dont be afraid. let me know..........lol I currently own a nearly full grown male and a 3 month old female.

this is my male when he was a little younger........lol
entered him in the herp of the month.

they arent any harder to keep then water dragons. you can hand tame them but if you dont they are agressive little snots. Warning though as my hubby found out to his cost dont put in smaller lizards with them, they like 150 dollar snacks..........lol
Mine are there as a show case to my reptile collection. When they female gets bigger I will allow her to go in his enclosure to live but until then im giving her her own home. right next to his so they are almost together but this way he wont eat her. she is lizard gold. and I plan on breeding them.

I owned one of these for a short while before I realized they weren't really what I was looking for at the time. I'd probably consider having another one now, though. They are really beautiful animals. :)
