Re: Keep Him in Your thoughts
 That is terrible. I know there is little that can be said to help at such a time, but I will keep you and his family in my prayers.

Re: Keep Him in Your thoughts
Cloud, I'm sorry I missed your thread. We were moving and I was offline for a couple of days.
Your dear friend and his family are in my prayers. I'm a mother of 4, so I cannot even begin to find the words that would offer any comfort to a family losing a precious son like this. For you to lose a friend this young in your own life is harsh. I can only offer to you the beautiful words of Mary Frye who wrote this poem a long time ago.....when I've lost friends and family I loved, it always gave me some measure of comfort, I pray it might offer you some too.
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.
