    New member and python! :)
    Hi,
My names graham and i am from the UK. I've been a member of this site for some time and i would just like to say thankyou to everyone who posts here as it has been my number 1 point of call when i've been doing my ball python research over the past month prior to buying one.

I'd just like your opinions on a few things.
    First the viv:-
Its 50cm long, 30cm wide and 18cm high, made of plastic.
Stays 90-92 deg on the warm side and around 75-80 on the cool. Identical hides on each side. The temp is maintained by a UHT which is set to 93 deg. Humidity is 60-70% depending on the time of day.

    Second the snake:-
I had about 50 to choose from, farmed in ghana, that came into my local pet store. Obv they were all very stressed and had not eatern. I picked one of the more active and larger snakes although they are all 14(ish) days old. Sex is unkown. After a day in her new viv 'she' looks much less stressed although 'she' has tried to tage me twice already when i was changing her water. Which hopefully will mean she feeds on friday. Shes also approx 43cm.

Erm thats about it sorry for the HUGE post but wanted to say as much as possible. Please tell me what you think, i will post pics as soon as shes settled.
    Thanks
    Graham

:welcome: I'm glad you are enjoying the site, and congrats on your new bp!

I would try and up the cool side temps a bit. I prefer temps that do not go below 80 degrees. If you can post pictures of your setup, plus we always love seeing the new bps. ;) :D
