Odd spot... birthmark?

I was looking though the few picture I snapped of Sebastian and noticed that he has this little mark that I've never seen on another ball python. My boyfriend joked and said it was his "birth mark". I'm not sure what it is.... anyone know?

Gotta love BP variations! I'd be more concerned about the yellow circle that seems to be following your snake.
