Ok well i just got this snake from my neighbor and i got no clue why does my snake has this under the belly and someone help me pls thx

i hope someone can help me and if noone can then im going to bring him to the vet

It's a bit hard to be certain but looks like either scale rot or a burn (my eyes are almost as blurry as the camera).

But I'd have to say if it was mine I'd be half way to the vets by now.


All new animals need a check up anyway so it's not like it would be an uneccessary trip if he said nothing was wrong (and he won't) cos that looks like it hurts.

You might want to find out what your neighbour did to it to make sure it never happens again.

and welcome to the forum - now go get the vet to help that poor little thing.

the vet is closed right now >_< and the only time i will have is saturday cuz i got skool tomorrow and im finishing at 5pm and the vet closes at 5pm >_< and im broke so i will need to ask my parents to lend me money i would like to know if anyone knows around how much would it cost well I will bring him to the vet asap thats for sure

but the thing is the 2 weeks i had it i had exams and stuff but now that im done with them i got all the time

Find a 24 hour emergency vet if possible. You need to get him in today or tomorrow at the latest, even if you have to take off school.

i cant miss skool and theres no 24hr vet and i will go asap saturday

Tell us where you are located and just maybe someone from here will be both close enough AND willing to take on the enormous responsibility of rescuing and rehabbing such a deeply injured snake. That is no small task....nor an inexpensive on. That poor snake needs someone with both time and money right now.
