No Poo!!!!!

I Rescued A 8 Ft Red Tail About 4 Weeks Ago. I Have Been Feeding 1 Jumbo Rat Once A Week. The Problem Is He Has Not Pooped Yet. He Pees( By Pee I Mean Big Pile Of White Stuff) But No Poo. He Was At The Vet When I First Got Him The Vet Gave Him A Clean Bill Of Health. He Eats Verry Well. As Far As I Know I Think This Is A Problim. (maby He Needs An Ex-lax) Just Kidding Hahaha. What Do U All Think???

It's been said before, but it can be said again :) : Snakes poo in their own time. He'll go when he's ready. 4 weeks isn't a big deal at all in snake-dom.

Yeah no worries about your snake :) All of mine went when they eventually went. Haha the other day I was looking at Halen's tank, and thought, "When did I ever drop a Hersheys Kiss in there?". Well, she had finally went :D

Cool So I Guess It Is Pretty Common. Does Any One Have A 8 Ft Red Tail? About How Often Do They Go On Avarage.

I really dont think there's a set time slot for snakes in general about them deficating. I had my BP for a lil over 2 months, before she finally went.

I wouldn't worry too much, but if you want, you can place him in a tub large enough to soak. Fill it up with luke warm water up to 3/4 up his body. Let him soak for 1-2hrs, not only will he enjoy it, but most likely you'll find a ton of poop in the water as well.

there is a tub of water in his cage for him to fit his hole body in allready. and as you guess ed it he loves it. is it ok to have a tub of water big enaugh for him to get his hole body in???? he has stayed in there for periods of more than 24 hours.
