Haven't been around as much

Hi everyone! I haven't been around as much as normal recently. I just started a new job with my company that keeps me pretty darn busy - so that I don't even have time to sneak a peek during the day. But I'm loving it! I moved from our repair depot to our purchasing team - so I'm now a buyer and keeping up with forecasts has been a little challenging for me! LOL I have 40-50 PO's to place each day and make sure they get here in time - but the day does fly by!

And Karl's oldest son just moved down here with us this past Saturday to spend the summer. He's 20 years old and his mother did a wonderful job raising him - such a gentleman! He's been a real joy to be around.

But between the job, the life changes and my volunteer work - I've been pretty busy. I hope to get back on here more often. I don't get a chance to post as much, but I do get to read from time to time!

Well, off to go get dinner served for the two men in my life!

Well, can't be upset by the absence if things are going so great for you.....but we've missed you!! Hope you can squeeze in more minutes for BP.net from time to time!

Glad to hear the new job and the move in for Karl's son is going so very well Robin. I totally understand about life getting crazy busy but I know when things settle down somewhat you'll be around here a bit more...no worries.

I'm so glad you are enjoying your new job. I remember how worried you were about that decision. Life is so much easier when you are enjoying work and family. :D

I'm glad to see that you're okay, Robin. I was getting a little worried. Afterall, you were the person who brought me here.

I'm happy your new job is going well, and I hope things at home run smoothly. You're in my prayers.

I do need to post some pictures, but need to take them first. I can't believe how fast my "kids" are growing - except for Kashmire who is fasting again - :(

My "babies" are entering their teenage stage! LOL

I miss you too! I missed this thread completely as well...
