A part of her seems to be concaved. Kind of like a deflated basketball. I just noticed this today, is it something I should be worried about?

Probably a retained eyeshed. When she shed last, was it all in one piece?

What is the humidity in her cage? Dented eye caps can be a sign of low humidity or sometimes means they are getting ready to shed. My bp had a dented eye cap about a week ago, but she was going into shed. Her humidity was a little low anyways but I got it all worked out now. Also, how is your cage set up and what kind of cage is it?

It is likely the humidity. Get the humidity up, and it should be back to normal in no time.
