This should be interesting.
My baby cal king got out in my room somewhere today. not sure how he got out, but how in the WORLD am i going to find a snake that tiny?
Re: This should be interesting.
They will go to the warmest spots. Check the closets, under computers, next to heaters. If the snake eats live, try putting a food item in a open container in the middle of the room. That is actually how I found a BP recently. I put the food item in, turned off the lights and when I came in 10 minutes later he was heading right for the food.

.....search really really hard.....start at the enclosure...look in any warm, dark spot...with a baby kingsnake anything that has holes in it half the size of its girth....
you could always.....buy some snake traps....http://www.pestproducts.com/snaketrap.htm#Picture
Re: This should be interesting.
Hopefully he didnt find his way into a vent.
Re: This should be interesting.
I've heard of people using sticky traps for really small snakes that have escaped.
Hope you find it!

That doesn't sound like a good or humane idea...Glue traps?
Re: This should be interesting.
I really hope you find him(Her?) My friend had a snake that escaped, it got into the heating ducts and when it passed away...well long story short they had to move to a new house. :bolt:
