    Anyone heard from Jo?
I figured I would ask here first before I call and bother her during what is probably a stressful weekend and also a holiday. Hope she, her family and the snakes and rats all made it safely to Ohio!

I caught her very briefly on AIM this morning. They arrived safely and with no serious adventures along the way. :D Of course they have tons of unpacking work to do. And her DSL modem has not arrived yet, so she's still on dial-up for a short time longer.

Here I am! Here I am! LOL

The move went wonderfully well Jamie, thanks for thinking about us. Perfect weather, the moving truck didn't break down and everyone made it here in good order. I swear the snakes didn't know anything had happened. They came out of the snake bags and back into their enclosures like they do this every day. None are acting wierd at all, just immediately did their normal routines so that's always reassuring. The rats all did very well too. I had stopped them breeding so I wouldn't have to move a very preggo one or one with a new litter so now that we are moved....well let's say Casanova the breeder male rat is WAY happier LOL.

Hopefully the UPS man will arrrive Monday with my DSL modem or I may have to have a "word" with SBC (smiles ever so sweetly whilst hiding the Big Nasty Stick behind her back).

I will be on and off this week as we get settled in so bear with me folks. Oh btw I LOVE CIVILIZATION! We've been to Tim Hortons, the mall, Toys R Us, a really lovely Petco, ordered in chinese food....wow....the real world!!!! LOL

Whats the real world??? LOL!!! The only food delivery in our town is pizza, the only sandwich/fastfood place is Subway. We have to drive 25 miles just to go to Wal-mart. I need to move to the "real world"!! LOL!!

Ive been both, real world and boonies, I think I like the boonies.

Sure there are 60 restaurants within a 10 minute drive, a mall, walmart, menards, home depot, best buy, circuit city, Ie every major business, but I miss having an acre of land heh.

Glad everything made it safe Jo! Good luck with unpacking :)
