2 Rats

So far my female has been eating very regularly. She getting bigger and Im wondering if a single rat pup is enough for her. At what point do people start feeding multilple food items.

It would be helpful to know at least a weight on your BP... but you can attempt to go from a pup to a wean... or double up the pups if you wish. If she takes it, and continues to feed the following week, then she's ready. :)

Single rat pup is plenty ... I have 04's that are still feeding on large pups ... no big deal. ;)

300 grams is a safe window to double up on rat pups/crawlers. I've got a 450 gram girl that would eat 3 rat crawlers if I offered....

She's about 350g. Next week I'll see if she wants a double.
