Searching for good travel coffee mugs...
We're having real issues finding coffee travel mugs that don't leak...anyone have any recommendations?

One of the "sucky" ones we have is a Starbucks screw-in lid...leaks all the time...

I have found that the best travel mugs are the simplest ones. My favorites are some generic plastic ones with lids that snap on. The lids have a nice, deep lip to catch sloshing, and a small hole for sipping from, without all the fancy do-dads that are supposed to prevent spills. Very simple...last for ages....no fancy screw-ons or flippy-covers or anything else to leak.

I hear ya....we lost a couple somewhere along the way during a cross-country move and I was not happy about it because they're not easy to find. So, whenever I see them, I buy a couple, even if I don't need any at that moment.

I have found them a couple of times at the BX on various Air Force Bases, and once at WalMart, I think.

Home Depot (and Walmart too, I think) carry Bubba insulated coolers and mugs. Some of them are huge (I have a 64 oz one) But they don't leak. The only downside I see to them is that they aren't dishwasher safe, so handwashing is required.
