    Hey its me. of late ive gotten very disheartened about snake owning in general and to make matters worse Monty still refuses to eat.
    yesterday was the 24th feeding he has missed. and i keep a very consistent schedule and am trying really hard but nothings coming of it.

    also he has definatly lost wieght im really worried.

    please try and cheer me up im trying to think positive but it all looks sooo negative.

    if anyone has any advise please let me know

    Are your temps where they should be? Does he have sufficient security in the form of multiple hides? Keep at it. Assuming he is healthy, he will eat eventually. I'm going through the same thing and it is definitely trying on the spirit. Have you tried live? Good luck!

    my male is on a fast too. he's only tooken like 4-5 meals since september 28. if Monty's weight is dropping too low you might want to take him to the vet, but before you do that make sure your husbandry is correct. 2 hides on each side. warm side 92-94 cool, side 82-84 and 50-60% humidity.
