Re: hmmmm? frogs?
Don't think that would work for a bp, as they hunt warm-blooded animals. But some snakes, such as the hognose, like to eat frogs.

well, my friend used to feed his red tail frogs that he caught outside his house
and the snake seemed to enjoy them

Are you saying you want to feed your bp frogs? I suppose you can try. I'd be very interested in hearing how it turns out.

But what's the point, other than to prove that they "might" take them? I don't see any need to feed them anything other than mice or rats. Why fix what ain't broke?

i don't think a bp would be the best snake to experiment on.

This thread should be attached to the other one about alternate food items. Why? Why is it necessary to experiment. Feed your snake, cat, dog, pet rock what it is supposed to eat. I just dont get it...

Re: hmmmm? frogs?
Wouldn't just feeding your snake mice/rats be more healthy too? I'd imagine frogs don't carry the diet requierments that a small mammal has.....
