Just got back from the Tampa Show

As my first ever Retile show, wow! First, I didn't know that many types of turtle and tortoise existed. Everyone I asked questions of was extremely helpful and unfailingly polite. All the animals seemed to be in good condition, if a few were in very small containers.. I assume just for the show of course. And even those were maybe a half down total in the entire show!
I ALMOST bought a green tree pyhton.. and ALMOST bought a lined leaf tail gecko. The tree python I decided to use as my personal reward should my ball pythons go well next season, and the gecko.. well.. honestly I love geckos... but I hate crickets. So I can't really get a gecko that eats crickets. But it was SO COOL!! The guy took it out and let it walk up his arm and WOW! SUPER WOW! So neat-o!
I got a set of gold handled stainless steel probes. I can't wait to tell that exact sentance to all my friends to watch them cringe.
I did however get a speeding ticket on the way home. 86 in a 70 zone. First time ever. Ahh well. Had to happen sooner or later. I got it about 2 exits from home which stung a little. I went WAY faster than that occasionally though so I am happy that he only caught me going 86.
I got myself a het for butterscotch ghost female, and a few normal females. And a tshirt.

Did you take any pics??? Tampa is quite far for me(i live in PA lol!) but I bet Florida puts out some awesome shows!!!
