The last one is an example of my cage setup. I have 7 of my geckos in setup similar to this. Is this ok.

awesome petco find! when you say you have 7 geckos in a setup like that--do you mean all 7 in one tub or in separate tubs? i'm thinking you mean separate, or in pairs or something-which is fine. might want to add taller pieces of eggcrates for them to climb on though. i like to use some fake vines as well, but it's not a requirement.

Yes there all separate. Next time I clean cage I'll cut the egg crate different. Is is normal for reds to be tan when not fired up. I got a red dalmation and so far I haven't seen any red but its only been one day.

yes tan is a normal color for reds to be when they aren't fired up. when you get a new gecko it can take a few weeks until you see them fully fired up, depending on how long it takes them to settle into their new home.

I've noticed that my largest juvie and my smallest juvies constantly stare at each other for hours on end, is there anything to this.

if there is a big size difference the larger one might think the smaller one looks like dinner. you might consider putting some kind of divider between them, even if it's just a piece of paper or something.

Theres about a 6.5g difference but not much in relative size. It seems like the little one tries to stare at the big one more.

well then who knows what the real reason might be, if there is a reason at all. i wouldn't worry too much about it. :)
