silly fedex people

I'm on the phone with Fedex, fighting about whether they have this process to become certified to ship reptiles. "she's worked here for 8 years and she knows that there is no such thing. They don't ship live animals AT ALL" LOL, oh man gonna be a long day.

Are you speaking with your account rep or a customer service agent?

Open an account, call customer service and tell them you need to speak to your account rep within the next 24 hours.

I've found that the customer service people are great at tracking packages, but pretty useless beyond that.

Haha... okay, i've got it down. Someone will be calling probably monday. I just found the first lady pretty funny. After I talked to her, she transfered me and I talked to someone else. They said that they were going to have to talk to the manager over there. I hope she gets reemed out :picknose: LoL, I can be so childish sometimes

I've worked there for 6+ years and I just found out last year that we ship live animals...go figure.
