    struck HIMSELF
alright, this is actually my friends bp, I'm a b-p.net user he isn't, I am always, always correcting his herpin skills or lack there of, but he just told me that during earls last feeding he struck him self, twice, while the rat was dangling from a pair of hemo's, he said he was no where near the rat and got him self in the broad side of his back. . .

any thing to say about this. .. .

btw the humidity sux, bad in his tank, open screen top, very, very small, water dish, at most holds 2-3 oz's of water in a fairly large tank, i have even given him a spray bottle for sheds, as his last one was, well horrible!

is the snakes vision messed up or is it just dumb? the snake has a great personality, and isn't timid at ALL.

Good job on trying to get your friend to take care of his snake. You may wanna print out our caresheet and hand it to him. Also for the tank setup, look for a post by "Krynos" in the Husbandry forum. Its a well written article on how to keep a snake in a glass tank. If he does not correct his ways and provide for the needs of the animal on his own accord instead of you having to preach to him all the time, send him this way and I will "stubborn newbie grill" him for you :D

Thanks for the link, i have been considering printing stuff for him for a while, as he sees my preaching as internet rubish, but now i don't have to print 30 diff threads! thanks. .

speaking of bad aim, today mine was bitten during a feed because he clamped on the hind leg of the mouse and coiled up w/ its head exposed, i used the hemos to get it to quit. . :(
