Where can I get replacement bottles for waterers?
So my rats chewed through 2 bottles and caused them to leak a lot. I took the advice from another thread and used a soda can to secure the top, but these guys are gnawers so im sure they will figure some way to attack the next ones I get.

Any advice on finding replacement bottles? The cap/metal watering part is still fine, I just need a cheap bottle and i havnt been able to find any. I could just buy some more waterers but it seems like a waste since i still have the top parts left, and this might happen again.

    Thanks

Hmm what about hitting a dollar store and checking out some of the condiment type bottles to see if the thread fits your spare spigots? Maybe if they do a restaurant supply place (like GFS we have here) would sell them bulk even cheaper than the dollar stores.

Another alternative is at my local feed store they sell water bottle tops(the plactic cap with metal spigot) that are made to use with the normal soda bottles. They save a LOT of hassle. I am not sure that I have ever seen the bottles that come with the spigots for sell by themselves, but if you buy all new ones that are the same as your old ones, save the spigots incase your rats destroy the spigot part. LOL, yes they can manage it.
    Good luck.
